Colorado Family Law Mediation Services
A Softer/Easier Approach to Divorce

Do you feel you can find a resolution to your challenges without the expensive cost of attorneys? Maybe you just need help with navigating the legal paperwork and filings. Are you close to a resolution, but you could use some expert guidance without going to court?
We can help you mediate your disputes, draft parenting plans, separation agreements, petitions and guide divorcing couples through all the necessary paperwork.
What is mediation?
It’s Professional: Your attorney is an experienced litigator who knows what courts are looking for, what paperwork needs to be drafted, and how to reach resolutions that are acceptable by the courts and all parties. .
It’s Money Saving: Mediation is more cost efficient because it uses just one professional for all parties to help resolve issues such as parenting, property distribution, financial issues and other important topics. Parties can attend meetings separately or together. The payment plan structure allows you to budget.
It’s Flexible: Parties can schedule meetings that fit in everyone’s calendars.
It’s Confidential and Private: By staying out of the courtroom, and in an office, you can feel comfortable sharing your feelings and emotions in a safe setting. You can resolve issues without destroying relationships through thoughtful collaboration.
It’s Customized to Your Family: Understanding that every family situation is unique, Ms. Mitchell can work with you to make sure that your children and your needs, relationships and desires are still met, although the marriage is ending. We put your children’ s best interests at the forefront of the process. By eliminating multiple attorneys and judges, you can work with the people most familiar with your situation to reach a customized solution that leaves all parties with an outcome that works well for everyone involved.
